What we fix on a firm website.
- The portal link is buried, so clients email files instead.
- Every page reads like the same template, so one firm looks like the next.
- Inquiries arrive with no detail, so a partner spends a call finding out it's a one-off return.
What we build for a firm.
- Service pages for recurring work: monthly bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, advisory, cleanup and catch-up
- Pages for the clients you want more of: real estate investors, contractors, medical practices, online sellers. You pick the niches.
- A screening form: entity type, monthly transaction volume, current software, what they need. Good fits get your booking link. Poor fits get a polite note and a referral option.
- A clear portal button, on a subdomain like portal.yourfirm.com where your provider supports it
- Question pages built from what business owners actually ask
- Team pages with the credentials you approve
- Calls and forms tracked into your CRM or practice management tool
We only use “CPA” where your license allows it, and we follow your state board's advertising rules. No tax or accounting guidance goes live without your review.

What business owners search before they call a firm.
- bookkeeping services18,100
Google search data via Keyword Tool, US, average monthly searches, pulled Sep 2026. Search numbers show demand. They are not a traffic promise.
Google's top-of-page bid estimate for “bookkeeping services” runs $2.99 to $45.34 a click. Organic visits don't bill per click.
Real Google autocomplete questions. We pull the monthly numbers for your city and your services when we build your search map.

Quillmarsh Accounting, a made-up business.
Our published client results are in painting and home services. You'd be one of our first accounting builds. What we can show you today: the build, the tests it passes, and how an inquiry lands in your system.
Founding builds. 3 spots.
We're taking 3 founding accounting builds.
- Normal scope. Normal price from the build table.
- Care is free for the first 3 months. That's $1,197.
- In return, you let us document the build as a case study: the process, the tests, and your numbers only if you choose to share them. The case study says it was a founding build.
- None of it depends on a review. Your terms never depend on what you say about us.

Questions
- Can you connect my client portal?
- Yes. We add a clear portal button and, where your provider allows it, a subdomain like portal.yourfirm.com. The portal itself stays with your provider.
- Do you write about tax topics?
- We draft plain-language pages. You or your team review every one before it goes live. Nothing goes out under your name without sign-off.
- When should we build?
- Plan it around filing season. Starting between May and November keeps the build clear of your busiest months. Live within 21 days of content sign-off.
- Can you say “CPA” on the site?
- Only where your license and your state board's rules allow it.
- Do I need monthly SEO?
- Not always. Care keeps the site safe and working. Search + Care adds 2 to 4 answer pages a month. We'll tell you which one fits.
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. Domain, hosting account, logins and files.
