Growth Recon AI provides competitive intelligence and AI growth systems for US-based local service businesses — including competitor recon reports, paid advertising management, and answer engine optimization (AEO). When you interact with our website or services, we act as the controller of the personal information described below.

Information you give us directly
When you fill out a form on our site — such as requesting a free Recon Report or booking a strategy call — we collect the details you provide, which may include:

- Phone number

Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and how you interact with the site. This is done through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

- Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages depending on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending marketing texts.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive marketing texts in order to buy our services.
Your consent and opt-out preferences are handled through GoHighLevel, our CRM and messaging provider (see Section 5).
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our business. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. They include:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, marketing automation, and SMS/text messaging
- Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) — advertising measurement and audience building
- Google Ads — advertising and conversion measurement
- Vimeo — hosting and playback of video testimonials
- Calendly — scheduling and booking strategy calls
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to deliver and secure the website

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. With the vendors listed in Section 5, strictly to provide services to you on our behalf.
