Marketing for roofing companies

The roof gets sold after the inspection. We run the follow-up.

The homeowner has three bids on the kitchen table. A spouse wants to think it over. The adjuster hasn't called back. Your proposal sits in an inbox.

We set up the follow-up inside your CRM and run it for you. Every open inspection and proposal gets worked until the homeowner signs or says no. Then we bring more inspections in, with a site that proves you're local and ads in your own accounts. One weekly report tracks every lead from first call to signed roof.

Every price is on this page. Read them before we talk.

    Where roofs go missing

A roof is won or lost in the weeks after the ladder comes down.

Booking the inspection feels like the hard part. It's the start. Once you pack up, the homeowner still has bids to compare, a budget to sort and sometimes a claim to wait on. Your crew is on the next roof. Nobody is chasing the proposal.

    • 01

      The storm lead goes cold.

After a storm the homeowner calls a few roofers. Whoever calls back and shows up first looks like the safe pick.

    • 02

      The proposal goes quiet.

Big number, several bids, a spouse who wants to sleep on it. No reply isn't a no. It's a decision still in progress.

    • 03

      Insurance drags.

The adjuster visit slips. The homeowner stops calling back. The job stalls and nobody owns the next step.

    • 04

      Old inspections sit unsigned.

Every roof you inspected and didn't sell belongs to a homeowner who already knows you. After the next storm, some of them may need that roof.

Cost per lead can't see any of that. So we track every roofing job through the chain below, and we judge the work on signed roofs. It needs one thing from your side. Your team marks what happened after each inspection. We set that up with you.

    The engine

Follow-up that keeps working while you're on the next roof.

The engine lives in your own CRM. Booking, inspection reminders and follow-up are all set up there, all run by our team, all from your number. You stay on the roof. The CRM tells you when it's your turn to pick up the phone.

    • Fast first reply

New leads hear back fast, day or night, from your number. Miss a call while you're on a roof and a text goes straight back.

    • Inspection booking

Inspections land straight on your calendar. Inspection reminders are set up in your own CRM, so the homeowner hears from you before you arrive.

    • Proposal follow-up

Texts, emails and call reminders on every open proposal, for weeks. Built for the decision that waits on other bids, a spouse or an adjuster.

    • Old inspection recovery

We work the inspections that never signed. Those homeowners hear from you again. After a storm, they hear from you early.

    • Managed ads

Google Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads where your area qualifies. All in your own accounts. Calls ring your number and leads land in your CRM. No other roofer gets a copy.

    • Weekly report and a monthly owner call

Every step of the chain in plain numbers, every week. Once a month, a call with you to decide what changes next.

    Storm or no storm

Storm season ends. The pipeline shouldn't.

Roofing work comes in waves. A storm fills the phone for a few weeks. Then it goes quiet and gaps open up on the calendar. The ads and the follow-up shift with the weather, so the quiet months still have work to chase.

    1. 01

      When a storm hits

Ads and images move to the towns that got hit. New leads get worked first. A homeowner with a tarp on the roof won't wait. They call the next roofer.

    2. 02

      When the door-knockers arrive

After a storm, everybody's a roofer. Out-of-town crews plant yard signs and knock on every door. Homeowners get wary. The roofer who looks local, licensed and reviewed stands apart.

    3. 03

      When it passes

Spend moves back to retail replacements and repairs. The follow-up keeps working every proposal still open from the storm.

    4. 04

      In the slow months

Leaks, repairs, planned replacements and old inspections. The homeowner you patched last spring may be ready for the whole roof.

    The website

A site that settles one question fast: are you the real local roofer?

After a storm, homeowners check you out before they call back. We build your site around the searches in your area and the checks a careful homeowner runs before they let anyone on the roof. The answers are obvious on a phone. Every call and form lands in your CRM with the source attached.

Nothing on it is made up. Licenses, warranties, certifications and every line about insurance come from you, and nothing goes live until you sign off.

    • Your license and insurance, where homeowners look for them
    • Your real address, and a page for each town you actually work
    • Reviews with their dates showing
    • The warranties you offer and the certifications you hold. Nothing you don't.
    • How you work with homeowners and their insurer, in plain steps you approve
    • Your financing option, if you offer one. No lender named. No approval promised.
    • Photos of your crews, your trucks and your finished roofs
    • Tap-to-call at the top of every page on a phone

Some homeowners skip the search bar and ask an AI assistant which roofer to call. Those tools read the same local proof. Nobody can promise who they name, so we build for it and measure calls and signed jobs. Our guide covers what changes for roofing.

    Research

We asked three AI engines about painters in 25 US cities.

225 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, across 25 cities in 16 states. Who gets named, which sites the engines cite, and how often two engines agree. The raw data is free to download.

    Proof

No roofing case study yet. And we won't borrow one.

We have no roofing result we can publish today. Painting is where we've done the most work, and a painter's numbers don't predict your roofs. The figures below come from our client accounts, and each one carries the label of where it came from. They are not roofing results, and they are not a forecast for your company.

Here's what you can check before you pay. Every price on this page. The free website check on your own company. And the build steps and launch tests behind every site we ship. Once we start, the weekly report shows your own numbers.

    Fit

Built for local roofers. Not for storm chasers.

It suits an established local roofing company that wants more of its inspections to end in a signature.

    Good fit

    • You're a licensed local roofer with a crew and a phone someone answers.
    • You can get on a roof within days of the booking.
    • You'll tell us which proposals signed, so the report shows the truth.
    • For the engine, you can fund ads from $1,500/mo, paid by you direct to Google and Meta.

    Wrong fit

    • You want cheap shared leads by the hundred.
    • You chase storms from state to state.
    • You need a promised number of signed jobs. Nobody can promise that honestly.
    • You want reviews written for you.

    Questions

Do you sell shared roofing leads?
No. We don't sell leads at all. Shared lead services can sell one homeowner to several roofers at once, and then you're racing strangers to the door. Your ads run in your own Google and Meta accounts. Calls ring your number and every lead lands in your CRM. No other roofer gets a copy.
Can you show me roofing results?
Not yet. We have no roofing case study we can publish, and we won't dress up painting numbers as roofing ones. You can check two things today: the free website check on your own company and every price on this page. Once we start, you see your own numbers every week, good or bad.
Do you handle insurance claims for my customers?
No. The claim stays between you, the homeowner and their insurer. We help you explain how you work with insurance, on your site and in your follow-up, in your words. We never promise coverage or a claim outcome. Rules on contractor claim work vary by state, so you check every line against your state's rules before it goes live.
What changes after a big storm?
The ads and images move to the towns that got hit. New storm leads get worked first, because they go cold fast. Your past inspections in those towns hear from you early. When the storm passes, spend moves back to retail replacements and repairs.
    How soon will inspections book?
We don't promise a date. Month one is setup: tracking, the CRM, the follow-up and the first campaigns. Your old inspections get worked first, because that list is already yours.
How do you know if it's working?
Signed roofs. The weekly report follows each job from lead to contacted, inspection booked, inspection done, proposal sent and signed. A month of cheap leads with nothing signed is a bad month, and the report will say so.
Do I need a new website before the engine?
Not always. Your site needs to work on a phone, show your license, reviews and warranties, and send every call and form to your CRM. If it does, we can start with the Growth Engine. If it doesn't, we'll tell you what to fix first.
    Is there a lock-in?
The Growth Engine, Premium, Care and Search + Care each have a 3-month minimum, then month to month. On the Growth Engine, the minimum is there because good calls need a few weeks of real data. The website is a one-time build. The domain, site, ad accounts, tracking number and CRM are in your name, so if you leave, they leave with you.
    Start here

Bring your open proposals to the call.

Thirty minutes. Bring last month's inspections and the proposals still waiting on a signature. We'll walk the chain with you and look for the leak. If we're not the fix, we'll say so.

Best done before the next storm. Not during it.

Not ready to talk? The website check is free and run by hand. Pick Roofing on the form and the results come by email. No call needed.

    Small print

The client figures on this page come from our client accounts. None is a roofing result, and none is a promise or a forecast for your company. What you get depends on your market, your pricing and how you close in person. We don't guarantee revenue, signed jobs, rankings or AI mentions. Nothing here is insurance or legal advice, and the rules for contractors on claim work vary by state. Growth Recon AI is independent of Google and Meta, and neither one endorses us.
