Welcome to Growth Recon AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of growthreconai.com and the services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Growth Recon AI website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on that business's behalf.

2. Our Services

Growth Recon AI provides competitive intelligence and AI-powered growth services for local service businesses, including:

• Free Website and AI Visibility Check — a complimentary review of your site, your local searches, and what AI assistants say about your business
• Website builds — websites for local service businesses, built around the searches and questions your customers use
• Care and Search + Care plans — ongoing site maintenance, and answer-engine work to earn citations in AI assistants and search
• Paid media — done-for-you Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta campaigns, follow-up automation, and landing pages
• Ops Recon — office process audits and automation
• Coaching — done-with-you coaching for owners who want to run it themselves
• Paid reports — hand-built market and competitor intelligence

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any paid service are set out in a separate service agreement, not on this website.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old and either a business owner or an authorized representative with the authority to enter into agreements on the business's behalf. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Submission Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, including contact details and business information submitted through our forms. You agree to keep your information current and to use the services lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your business's engagement with us.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods for paid services are handled in the individual service agreement you receive when you engage us — they are not set on this website. Unless your service agreement states otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are due as described in that agreement. This website does not process payments.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Unless your service agreement says otherwise:

• Term and cancellation. Coaching-Led and the 1:1 coaching add-ons are month to month. Every other monthly plan has a 3-month minimum, then month to month. The rest of the terms are set in your service agreement.
• No performance guarantees. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, lead volume, or revenue, and we make no such guarantee anywhere on this website. Any commitment about the work itself is set out in your service agreement, which controls over any general statement made here.

To cancel or request a refund, contact us at info@growthreconai.com or follow the process in your service agreement.

7. Performance Disclaimers

We work hard to deliver strong results, but results vary based on your market, budget, offer, industry, and many factors outside our control. Any figures, case studies, or testimonials shown on this site reflect specific clients' experiences and are not a guarantee of your results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not promise any specific revenue, lead volume, ranking, or return on ad spend except where expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Our property. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our systems, software, processes, methodologies, templates, reports, and the AEO technology we use to deliver services. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Your property. You retain all rights to the content, branding, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services. Deliverables we create specifically for you are licensed or assigned to you as set out in your service agreement.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or other users' data
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our systems, reports, or technology
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization
• Use the services to send spam or violate any applicable marketing or privacy laws

10. Termination

You may stop using the services and cancel any paid engagement as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the services in a way that harms us or others. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Recon AI and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Recon AI and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Growth Recon AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing state will be identified in your service agreement. (Governing state: to be determined.)

14. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve concerns directly and informally. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@growthreconai.com so we can try to resolve the matter. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration or in the courts of the governing state described in Section 13, as set out in your service agreement. You and Growth Recon AI agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
